Fetih Akademi’de 70-20-10 öğrenme modeli doğrultusunda; iş üstünde öğrenme, koçluk, mentörlük, deneyim paylaşımı ile online ve sınıf eğitimleri sürdürülebilir öğrenme ve gelişim süreçleri tasarlanarak uygulanmaktadır.
